Thin Air TourQuebec, CanadaJune 18 – 25, 2012Tour highlights include performances by the Fourteeners, Mountain Aires, Altitude, and Thin Air at the Holy Trinity Cathedral, Eglise Saint Pétronille, Notre Dame Basilica of Montréal, St. Joseph’s Oratory, and St Theophile Church. The choirs participated in Le Mondial Choral Festival and collaborated with Les Voix Boreales of Les Petits Chanteurs de Laval. The choirs enjoyed tours of Old Town Québec, the Petit Champlain District, and a visit to a sugar shack – L’érablière le Chemin du Roy Cabane a Sucre. See some pictures from the tour! |

Summit Singers TourWashington, DCMarch 23-27, 2012Tour highlights include performances at the Goodwin House Retirement Community, the Memorial Baptist Church in collaboration with the Arlington Children’s Chorus, the Community Living Center of the Washington DC VA Medical Center, and in the Kennedy Caucus Room in the Russell Senate Building. The choir toured many Washington DC sites such as the White House, the US Capitol, the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the World War II Memorial, and the Thomas Jefferson Memorial, visited the Smithsonian Museums, and observed the US Senate in the Senate Gallery. |
