Tour Notices:

1) CASUAL UNIFORMS - ALL SUMMIT SINGERS MUST HAVE A CASUAL UNIFORM. We will be wearing both casual and formal uniforms on tour. Summit casual uniform is nice jeans, tennis shoes, and a short sleeved polo in either Maroon, Purple, Green, or Light Blue (new rule - any singer of any gender can choose a polo in any of these four colors). Polos should be purchased from Dennis Uniform - be sure to have the RMCC logo put on before you leave. You can purchase online dennisuniform.com. Shipping is free, however, if you order from our local Dennis Uniform Store. Local store address is: Gesco Park, 8600 Park Meadows Drive, Suite 700, Lone Tree 80124, 303-738-2255. Be sure to call before you go to the store as their hours are limited. Please direct all uniform questions to Selene: selene_dc75@hotmail.com If you qualify for federal free or reduced lunch you can request a polo from the RMCC office through Selene.

2) TOUR ROOMMATES: Please email Leslie (lesliebritton@me.com) no later than this coming Monday, January 16, with two people you know in Summit you would like to room with, and one person you do not know very well but who is someone you would like to know better. We need these names no later than this coming Monday, January 16

Please make sure you have turned in ALL your TOUR FORMS otherwise you will NOT be able to go on tour!

Saturday, May 12 -- From the World Over Concerts, DU Gates Hall

CURRENT UNIFORMS

* Shoes should be FLAT or very low heeled (you must be able to do choreography). NO flip flops.

* All formal uniforms must have both SOLID black and SOLID white pieces in your selection – no prints, polka dots or plaids! White must be true white - not off-white or cream. Tops must have a sleeve - no strapless or spaghetti straps. Skirts/dresses must be at least to the knee.

*In addition to your formal black/white uniform, everyone needs to also purchase their casual short sleeve polo from Dennis Uniform. Girls can choose between maroon, green or purple for their polo and boys need to purchase light blue. The choir office has polo shirts that singers can borrow for those on financial assistance. You casual polo will be worn with your own nice jeans and nice tennis shoes to complete the casual uniform.

OLD UNIFORMS

If you have old Training Choir uniforms and wish to donate them back to the RMCC, please bring them into rehearsal with you and turn them in to Selene. We are in need of uniforms for our singers on tuition assistance.

HOODIES -- Everyone must have a Summit hoodie - forms were sent out from the office. If you do not have a hoodie you need to order one. Please contact Selene with questions selene_dc75@hotmail.com
